Wherever you feel most comfortable being vulnerable for however long we're in the Great Sleep.

I don't feel comfortable being vulnerable anywhere.

Come to my place.

[He says, blissfully unaware of any potential problem with his phrasing.]
I'll be there shortly.

You look ready to me.

[She might not feel comfortable being vulnerable, but door locks can help.]
no subject
Certainly.

[And without any further preamble, she readies her dreamcatcher and settles back into the couch cushions, letting herself drift off. She'll assume that Lucifer will follow suit.
This time, she gets lucky; she still wakes up in a grave, and in a coffin, but the lid is open and she isn't buried, so thank hell for small miracles. Hauling herself out is a simple matter, and she immediately starts looking around for her companion - or, at least, a grave with his name on it.]

At... least he doesn't sound horribly injured?]
no subject
Come on.
Think we're gonna have a lot of names in common on the neighboring graves? I wonder if there'll be just one Decker headstone, or one for each of us.
[She's still steadfastly pretending that creepy graveyard tidbit doesn't bother her, even though it totally kind of does.]
no subject
[He can't even muster any sarcasm at the idea, it's that creepy.]
This place never stops being creepy.

[Her eyes stray towards one, but flick away just as quickly.]
There aren't actually a lot, for me. Just the obvious ones.
no subject
[Preferably without having to discuss dream guides at length.]
no subject
So I was thinking--
[She says, once they reach the gate.]
We could skip the survival packs. Less stuff to carry, more of a challenge - what do you say? It's not like first aid kits made for humans are gonna be that useful for us.
no subject
Certainly. I've never found them all that useful here.
[Though he's never made a habit of exploring too often.]
no subject
[And with that, she heads off into the parking lot. Hope you don't have a problem with this arrangement, Lucifer.]
